Hi, my name is Paula Shears I am a soft tissue therapist that specialises in sports injury and remedial massage.

I have gained valuable experience living in South-East Asia for 12 years in holistic massage, learning from world leading specialists. I have shared my knowledge by teaching others what I've learnt back in the UK.

My passion for massage has led me to further my skills by studying Sports Massage in an established College in London (LSSM). Qualifying in 2015  I have turned my passion into a career.
